I had the absolute honour of interviewing 5 of my fellow Latina Sistahood members who have been healing generational trauma and completely transforming their lives and shifting the landscape of the Latin community.

As a Latina who grew up in an environment where working on yourself and healing was unheard of or taboo, it was very important for me to be the example of whats possible when WOC do this work.

When you see yourself through other women, it gives you hope and inspiration to keep going.

These women do just that for me.

Each one with their own powerful story and legacy to leave.
