September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month in the UK, and the internet’s big sis is joined by writer, poet, presenter, creative, and award-winning journalist Simply Sayo. As an NHS Blood & Transplant Ambassador and passionate advocate for the Black community, Sayo is leading a powerful year-long campaign, It Takes A Village, which aims to recruit 16,000 Black blood donors.
