A definite must buy for anyone interested in a vegan lifestyle or diet. The knock on vegan is that the food isn't too appetizing. Well Author Lewis Haas puts an end to that stereotype. Within this book are a number of delicious, easy to make and affordable recipes that will keep everyone happy and going vegan. 5 Stars.

I love this book. It has vegetable content for all the meals of the day and even snacks. I was trying to eat healthier because of my health issues. This book provides tasty recipes that fits my diet. If you're vegan you should try out this book.
