Knowing when you are ovulating, whether to get pregnant or make sure you are producing enough progesterone, is important. Plus, no more waiting around wondering when you're period is coming, and if you're late, then you know to take action. Understanding all of this with the 4 phases of your cycle is an easy and holistic way to be in charge of your own health and take the necessary steps to help balance your hormones and health.

Episode 27 - On today's episode, my guest Deanna Seymour and I had a wonderful conversation about social media and some of the ways it has gotten away from being, well, social. Deanna shares her 6 weeks experimentation of cutting off all social media and how she went old school to stay in touch with family and friends. During this social media detox break, she also found joy and laughter in creating a movement with her family, leading to her hosting daily dance parties! So, make sure to grab your kids and join her!

She started hosting daily nine-minute dance parties for folks who want to infuse more joy, laughter, movement, and creativity into their lives. Episode 24 - On today's episode, my guest Erica Bazzell and I had a beautiful conversation about dropping the diet culture in our society and how eating well or exercising well means having it all perfectly put together. We also talked about how we decide to take care of our mental and physical wellness, and our body follows suit because it knows best.
Erica started Power of 3 Wellness in 2012 as a personal training service. Over the past almost ten years, it has evolved to include massage therapy, nutrition, and health coaching. She strives to help women regain control of their energy, their health, and their lives. There is no cookie-cutter, quick-fix model to help everyone the same way. Wellness has to come from an individualized place of transformation. She currently lives in Buffalo, NY, with her husband, fur children, and a baby girl on the way!

Episode 23 - On today's episode, my guest Jessica Kaut, a Manifesting Generator, and I had such an eye-opener conversation about the science behind crystal healing, other modalities, and EFT/Tapping. Plus, we discussed our thoughts about anxiety, medication, holistic methods, and how we all need different tools because we are bio individuals. I could talk to Jessica for hours all about the science behind all of the so-called woo-woo healing tools.
Jessica Kaut is a former Forensic DNA Analyst turned Holistic Healer. Her education and analytical brain help her to really understand the science behind natural healing methods. She has been a certified Crystal Healer for 3 years and still loves learning about them. She has researched natural healing approaches for the last ten years and plans to continue learning for life. She describes herself as a perennial student. When she's not knee-deep in research, she loves cuddling her little dog, watching sitcoms, and playing trivia.

Episode 22 - On today's episode, my guest Chrissy Mellinger and I talked about her journey from living with high anxiety and autoimmune disease to taking time off to start her inner healing journey. She also shared a very vulnerable part of her life that I had the honor to witness, and I truly hope that it inspires you to take that first step needed to begin your healing journey. Whatever that looks like for you.
Chrissy Mellinger is a certified life coach and perpetual student of life. Following a furlough from the hospitality industry in 2020, she took the opportunity to redesign her own life and follow her true calling. She is always learning something new with the goal of better serving her clients and the world. Chrissy has dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics, as well as an MBA. It is this dedication to personal development that she combines with a love of serving others to help her clients find their most authentic selves and build their dream lives.
