Like me, Sinead is in her early 40’s she has kids and a career and like many many other women I know has recently gone through a bit of a dark night of the soul and new direction - new priorities - new boundaries - new woman. 

We talk about everything here from body image to physical health to breast reduction surgery. 

And how after losing her dad a few years ago that none of this self judgement means a damn thing. Being well is all that matters.
