Fear, jealousy, resentment, anger, shame, sadness, regret... 

We label all of these feelings as "bad" but they are still just...feelings. 

I think we make room for the light in our lives when we allow the darkness to exist. 

(That was a good line, y'all, read that one again 😅)

Rather than try to push these difficult feelings away, let's sit with them, together. 

Let's be curious and really FEEL them. Let's gain a deeper understanding of these difficult feelings and be compassionate with ourselves along the way. 

Let's do the difficult, but meaningful work, together. ✨
