Epsiode 56 - What is the Process S.  On a few earlier episodes we discussed circadian rhythm effects on sleep.  The "other process" is called PROCESS S.  This process is the one that is dependent on how much we have slept previously and how active mentally/physically a person is.  We discuss improving your sleep with use of the Process S pathway.
