Christina Sanchez is a true herbalist of the desert. In this class, she teaches us about one of the desert plants she has a major passion for, the Joshua tree (which you’ll learn isn’t technically a tree). She covers the ecology, associated fauna and pollinators, some botany, but perhaps most importantly, the importance of protecting it.

After taking this class, you’re sure to come away with more appreciation for this beautiful plant, and perhaps some ideas on how we can protect it.
