Christina Sanchez is a true herbalist of the desert. In this class, she teaches us about one of the desert plants she has a major passion for, the Joshua tree (which you'll learn isn't technically a tree). She covers the ecology, associated fauna and pollinators, some botany, but perhaps most importantly, the importance of protecting it.
