Today I chat with the fabulous Jessica Ridley, I loved finding out her story (who knew she was almost on her way to the stage on Broadway) even with a cameo from Rocket the dog!

Jessica has worked for Australia’s largest commercial TV and radio networks - Channel 9, Channel Seven and radio station 2GB covering major news events including the COVID-19 pandemic, state and federal elections, bushfires, floods and high-profile court cases. Today’s guest Sabina Read is ALL kinds of wonderful! From the world of public relations and a journey that saw her move from Melbourne to San Francisco to London and then back to Melbourne to study her first love psychology, her story has it all.

Fast-forward two decades, and Sabina is now navigating an empty nest, although two more rescue dogs are firmly ensconced in her pack. When she's not counselling clients, commentating on radio and TV, keynoting to corporates, or planning the next Human Cogs podcast, she delights in buying make-up she doesn't need, walking kilometres with old and new friends, stretching her freshly minted 50-year-old body on a Pilates reformer, chasing the sun, dancing like nobody's watching, and singing into a makeshift microphone dreaming of been 'the blonde one' from ABBA.

Seven years ago, Sarah Atkinson a 27-year-old hairdresser, lived with her husband in the small town of Cooma, near the Snowy Mountains. After the devastating loss of her mother, Sarah decided it was time to take control of her future and embrace the things that scared her – so she set out to completely change her life. Now, 33-year-old and mum to three beautiful kids, Sarah runs a successful business with her husband, and has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Swinburne Online and now has her heart set on becoming a Life Coach and has just started her graduate diploma in Coaching.

I loved Sarah's story and she proves there really are enough hours in the day when you want something bad enough! Enjoy. x
