This week we have Mike and Bill AND... The start of Season 5!

Mike did his reading and it was about living in the moment. That is something that we talk about a lot and it's the back bone of our sobriety.

We talked about judging people, the first time people drank, the easier, softer way, being a prick on purpose, risky places and the worst day sober verses the best day drinking.

We also reflected a little bit on the past 2 years, since our 2 year Podcast Anniversary is coming up this week.

And we decided that we are going to stick around a bit longer.

This week we have Mike and Bill and the Season 4 finale! It's just us, but as always, we filled the time.

Mike did his reading and it was about how fragile we all were and how we now work together. We had some laughs, but it was a good conversation.

One of us has a birthday this weekend and we revisited what we think of birthdays. (It's probably what you expect)

Then we were all over the place. We talked about Lent, a radio gig, God ads, Fletch, the 10th Step, regrets, being afraid of our illness, journaling and sayings from years past.

Don't worry, there was some nonsense also.

This week we have a split episode!

Carly from Episode 83 is back and she has a bunch of stuff that she is doing and we wanted to help her spread the word.

We sent Carly on her way and Mike did his reading. It was about surrender, acceptance and life on life's terms. All things that we talk about a lot and we had a good conversation.

Then on to the acronym HALT, the good and bad when it comes to grief and a few other small items that we complained about. That's it.

This is Episode 100! Woohooo!

It's just us this week and Mike started out with his reading.

It was about this new life we have versus the old life that we thankfully left behind. We have the gift of choice and the ability to live an authentic life these days.

Then we talked about a new job and the stress of the job search. It all works out and in it's own time.

We looked back briefly at some of our episodes and mainly just talked about the fact that we are still here, doing this thing every week and that in itself is pretty cool.

Then on to substance abuse disorder, remembering a sponsor, idle hands and of course some nonsense.

So this is what you get with a 100th episode. Same stuff, but we are not done yet.
