This episode is a real treat for me– I get to introduce you to my co-founder and better half, Gina Hadley. Gina and I founded The Second Shift nearly 10 years ago as a way to solve an issue that affected both of us and so many other women. We’ve been through it all together and I am so grateful and blessed that she is my partner and friend. Gina is not shy at all… but she doesn't like being on social media– which just makes me want to highlight her more! I hope you enjoy getting to know her and hearing a little about how we started and grew this business together.
