Episode 74: 

A short Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson. It will be a nice class to soothe the system.  Please approach this class with ease. This is different from yoga, where you may arrive in an asana and stay there. Instead we are doing small movements. You will repeat the directions slowly and rest in between actions. If you have never done a Feldenkrais® lesson, I suggest you read these guidelines for practicing Awareness Through Movement.

Sarah Baumert has been teaching movement since 2006. She is a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner.
