Close Your Eyes and Stay Awake...
This practice guides you into an extended alpha brainwave state of complete relaxation, from which your guiding resolve can begin to awaken. Your resolve is called Sanklpa in Sanskrit or Kavanah in Hebrew. Sankalpa is a combination of two words: san =truth + kalpa = promise. Kavanah means intention and comes from the word kivun =direction. Your resolve is your truth to yourself, your guiding mission in life, tafkid, your most heartfelt affirmation or prayer. It is who you are at your highest potential.
Your resolve takes the form of a short, positive statement in the present tense starting with "I am..." Awakening your resolve in your conscious mind is the gateway to bringing it into reality.
If you're curious to awaken your resolve, this practice is for you.

NA'ALEH YOGA: Yoga Nidra Journeys for Deep Rest+
Close Your Eyes and Stay Awake...
This week's Yoga Nidra practice is dedicated to the first 9 days of Av and the day of Tisha b'Av, a time for reflection, accountability, hope, and renewal. The 9th of Av is a day for the commemoration of the ancient Temple, the Beit Hamikdash, of which today only the Western Wall remains.
The Temple symbolizes the connection with the Divine Source Consciousness, which is reflected in the body. The human body is like a moving, living temple through which life serves. The Temple is a place of compassion, connection, creativity, and blessings.
This practice of Yoga Nidra invites you to turn attention inward in safe, relaxing conditions where you can pay attention to your inner world and reconnect with your spiritual self. During this session, we'll explore the sacred architecture of your physical form, mirrored by the architecture of the ancient Tabernacle (the movable Temple). Because YOU are a holy, moving, living temple. You deserve to care for yourself and the body you inhabit. By tuning in and paying attention, you can create yourself into a home of connectedness, abundant blessings, and good deeds.
So, lie back, relax, and allow my voice to guide you. Remember, you can always return to this practice whenever you need a moment of calm and connection. Thank you for joining me, and don't forget to subscribe, share, and leave a comment. Your support means the world to me!
Sending you all my love and best wishes. Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay connected. Until next time!

Close Your Eyes and Stay Awake...
Feeling unsure, confused, or stressed and want to find more clarity in your life? In this episode, you are invited to join a calming Yoga Nidra practice focused on third eye activation for clarity--your invisible eye of wisdom and intuition.
We are now in the month of Tammuz, which is oriented around the theme of Seeing. Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson quoted Antoine de St Exupery stating, “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." When we can see the invisible beyond the veil of illusions, confusion dissipates, doubts iron out like a crinkled paper, and solutions to problems become apparent.
This guided meditation is designed to help you reset your mind, reduce anxiety, and unlock your invisible eye through deep breathing, mindful awareness, and vivid visualizations. If you're looking to enhance your inner vision and find peace amidst the chaos, this practice offers a gentle pathway through deep relaxation to clarity.
