This is the first nidra practice I’ve recorded in a long time. Thank you for being patient as I slow my heart back down into this beautiful space - I’m grateful to be back here with you now.
This practice evolved right before my 40th birthday, out of life lessons I’ve been feeling and living. It features music from Bing Satellites to help create space for grounding and rest.
