My instagram followers and email list would know that my son was very ill recently. I take a few moments at the beginning of this episode to give a live update on our lives and my own soul evolution.

I felt that Malin's episode would be the perfect compliment to last weeks episode with my counselor, Stephen Andrew, in light of my recent life events.

The medicine of slowing down and leading with love is front and center for me right now. And probably you too!

Malin is a Sacred Birth Worker, Soul Therapist and Women's Circle Facilitator from Sweden.

She is an admirer of the female body, the moon and the stars. A nature lover.

She thinks that the female body is a temple to worship and she never gets tired of hearing someone telling the story of what they have felt in this lifetime. 

Everyone has a story that will bring you to your knees, probably crying (at least Malin will).

One of her favorite quotes of all time is "'The greatest thing you'll ever learn is to love and be loved in return".

Since discovering Human Design and realizing that she is a Projector - that needs rest, more than others. She has embraced this side of herself.

The resting, the waiting, the void of nothing. Like the year has its seasons, so you have them too.

There is room for every season within oneself. You do not always have too bloom. It is ok to take a step back and rest.

She also loves the winter because of its darkness. Without the darkness you can't see the light.

Patrick See is a digital artist raised in Brunswick, Maine. After high school, he moved to Chicago where he spent a decade living, first in film school and then working in various industries. Immediately upon graduating, he spent one year in New Orleans working on a medical advocacy documentary about thyroid disease before returning to Chicago. At that time he began his career as a live visual technician which he still does to this day. 

He met McKenna at the end of 2019 and they were married in 2023, just about a year before their baby joined them on earth. 

Working on the medical advocacy documentary helped open Patrick's eyes more to the fog of delusion and lies that grip our country.
