Our current global situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus has taken necessary steps for isolation to prevent the spread. How are we dealing with this, especially if we live alone? What are some of the things we can do if this brings up difficult emotions? We’ll talk about different ways to soothe emotions, and ways to stay physically and emotionally healthy including sound, meditation, movement. I will share some parts of my Five Life Passages of Transformation, which can offer a different perspective of and ways to move through what we may be experiencing.
