Words are powerful tools and can be used to create the reality we perceive before us.

It starts with an intention and a feeling in the heart, and from there you direct the energy.

First we just need to clear out the many subconscious programs that lurk below the surface in your mind, heart, soul.

I detail steps, techniques and speak out loud in this episode, actual commands/training exercises that I do.   I also speak about the power of subconscious and subliminal programming in Television/ advertising/music and how this has the power to influence your thought patterns and belief systems, highlighting the need to for vigilance and intentional use of your time and energy every day. 

Be careful with the words you speak to yourself, even the simplest derogatory remarks, the body and your subconscious hears you!
