NOTE: This challenge is NOT for everyone. Everyone can join and follow along, but the actual micro-cut (aggressive fat loss phase) is only appropriate for those who:

  • Are tracking food/macros and weight
  • Have been barbell training for at least 3 months
  • Have not been dieting for at least 1 month
