Description: On this podcourse episode I am joined by Dr. Robin Danzak. Dr. Danzak is an Associate Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Emerson College, specializing in language and literacy. Her research focuses on the bilingual writing of adolescents and adults, examining connections among language, culture, and identity. Dr. Danzak lived in Chile for five years, where she completed an MA in Spanish Linguistics and, more recently, spent a semester in Italy as a Fulbright scholar. In teaching, she is passionate about community-engaged learning, both locally and globally. Outside of work, she spends her time trail running, hiking, and exploring Boston.

On this episode, I am joined by Lindsay Petersen. Lindsay is a speech-language pathologist in Philadelphia. She specializes in working with children with hearing loss and has been supporting students for over 12 years. She also teaches Aural Rehabilitation/Habilitation in the Communication Sciences and Disorders graduate program at LaSalle University.

On this Podcourse episode, I am joined by Dr. Iuzzini-Seigel, a professor and Director of the Communication, Movement, and Learning Lab at Marquette University where she aims to identify factors that contribute to disorder onset and resolution for children with communication disorders. Her research centers on speech development and its disorder with specific focus on Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Currently, she is interested in a multilevel approach to determine the relation among procedural learning and speech, language, and motor deficits in children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

In This Episode I am joined by the co-founders of  Stuttering Therapy Resources, Inc., Nina Reeves and J. Scott Yaruss. Stuttering Therapy Resources, Inc is a specialty publishing company dedicated to helping speech-language pathologists increase their confidence in working with people who stutter. Their resources are filled with real-world, practical ideas that SLPs can use immediately to help people who stutter and their families overcome the burden of stuttering. Scott and Nina are clinical specialists with extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of stuttering in people of all ages. They develop materials with people who stutter and SLPs in mind, all tailored to the everyday clinical needs of practicing speech-language pathologists.

On this episode I am joined by Martha Somes, a speech language pathologist and teletherapist who is passionate about fluency. Martha loves working with elementary-aged children and being creative with resources and technology. This led her to create resources for Teachers Pay Teachers and Boom Cards that she has found successful with her clients.

On this episode I am joined by Stephen Groner, a licensed speech-language pathologist and fluently-speaking person who stutters. After honing his fluency every day for more than a decade, Stephen is creating evidenced-based materials that are changing lives.

Description: On this episode I am joined Christopher Constantino, a professor at Florida State University whose research interests include stuttering, identity, neurodiversity, and therapy.

Today I am joined by Carly Tulloch, a Pediatric Speech-Language pathologist with extensive training and over 10 years’ experience in helping children of all abilities learn to communicate to their fullest potential.  She is a mom of two little girls, so she knows how busy life can be. That is why in 2017, she started using Instagram and online courses to educate and empower families.

On this episode I am joined by Laura Brown, a speech language pathologist that specializes in pediatrics. Laura is an author and private practice owner. She found a niche providing therapy to children from birth to age 3 while learning about development for her own child, and from there, "Mommy & Me Milestones" was born!  She is passionate about empowering other parents with knowledge and excitement for early communication skills.
