You have to grok this paradox: You must want Illumination, but wanting will never reach it. The wanting must morph into surrender. Surrender even wanting. More than that, surrender the thought that there is anyone separate from God who must surrender. When there is no I-thought and no sense of Other or world—as in deep sleep but fully awake—the Self is realized and nothing else remains, or ever was.

The Light of God is always shining. But the ego mind has turned away from the Source and is lost in the darkness of delusion. This is the moment that the Supreme Self has chosen to return, bringing all souls back to the eternal stillness and peace of the Infinite Merciful Heart of the Real. For the ego, this will seem like world destruction, while for the illumined souls, this is the moment of redemption. The end is also the new beginning. The Kingdom of Heaven awaits those who surrender all to the Lord in humble adoration. Make use of this window of greatest opportunity while it is open. In this teaching, the seven secret teachings of Shiva are explained in depth. These keys will unlock the intellect’s ability to transcend the false self-identity and rise as soul-consciousness into the blissful unmanifest Divine Presence.

Once it is recognized that the apparent world is only the mind engaged in dreaming, then the nonduality of consciousness and its contents can be understood and its vast implications can be unfolded. But it can take some time to digest and integrate all the binaries (the polarities, like good and evil, immanent and transcendent) in order to gain accurate knowledge that brings freedom from suffering—even the awareness that there is no suffering, since the world and the whole seeming multiplicity of sentient inhabitants are unreal. The sticking point is the resistance to recognizing that you, as a being in the world, are also unreal. The delusional mental apparatus must be terminated.
