Have you ever considered plastic surgery? I think it’s something that crosses all of our minds as we age, whether or not we decide to take action on it. In today’s episode I interview Dr Kandace Kichler of The Slimming Surgeon podcast and ask her all of my burning questions.
Dr. Kandace Kichler is a board-certified surgeon at Hass Plastic Surgery in Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington, Florida. A native of Alabama, Dr. Kichler pursued her undergraduate degree at Auburn University. She then completed medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine.

Tired of long drawn out talk therapy that does nothing except deplete you and your bank account?! I recently discovered Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) and love that you can shift a limiting belief or subconscious pattern you repeat in your life in just one session. I brought my RRT therapist, Mary Gocke into the studio to discuss how RRT works and we even have a mini session so you can see what it’s like.. spoiler alert I bet you won’t even realize the therapy happened because that’s how stealth it works.
