Sri Lanka is grappling with what is said to be its worst economic crisis since independence from the UK in 1948. All 26 ministers have submitted letters of resignation - but not Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa or his brother, President Gotabaya Rajapaksa. Hungary's nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orban has declared victory in general elections after partial results gave his Fidesz party a big lead.
