Yet we still dream of having a family and being present and hands-on parents. So can we really have it all, or do we have to sacrifice something? I’ve always been a working mother, and in my experience, we can have it all, but there’s always a price to pay. 

I took a week off to focus on a big project. I'm writing a book and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Most of the time, it’s tough to prioritize what we need. Sometimes we need to ask for help or some space to be creative. Other times, we need a total reset.
