Hello friends! In today’s very special solo episode of 2 Dads 1 Car, I share some incredible news: my wife Michelle and I are expecting our second daughter!

As I now enter this new stage of my parenthood journey, I discuss how my insights from the Summit of Greatness have inspired my approach to parenthood, and share some of my personal thoughts on how to continuously hone and reflect on my role as a father, husband, and leader.
