Still Buffering

We all know by now about the special place l Elle Woods holds in Rileigh's heart, but do we all also know about the less-than-great sequel to the classic Elle Woods story? We kinda forgot it existed, and apparently for good reason.

Teylor has brought our siblings another important anime from their youth that isn't necessarily able to be comprehended easily, BUT it's entertaining and exciting and full of robots all the same.

Sydnee has long had a love for a poet with some interesting styles and interesting illustrations that she now has passed on to her weird kids; it's Shel Silverstein! Yeah he also did those popular kids' books like "The Giving Tree," but we want to talk about our favorites like "A Light in the Attic" and "Where the Sidewalk Ends."

Rileigh just had a big birthday (21!) so we're diving into her all-time favorite movie that also is kinda based around a birthday: Tangled! Apparently our siblings have some strong opinions about this one and similar Disney movies, so let's get started!

No, not the Edgar Allen kind, but the cool 90s music kind! It's Poe! Teylor and Sydnee shared a love for Poe's music, and Rileigh had never heard of her, but of course she found a way to equate her to Taylor Swift...so...let's go!

No one can quite figure out why Sydnee is so drawn to this movie that is...far darker than any of us remembered, but we're pretty sure it has to do with the bangs and the fashion. Which, I gotta say are pretty good, honestly.

Aaand we're back! It's full of puzzles and mysteries and sibling love, so it's perfect for our show, it's Gravity Falls! Apparently for Rileigh to be a big fan of something, it has to have interactive puzzles and riddles, so this show is perfect.

It was the first graphic novel series that Teylor ever introduced to a very small Rileigh back in the day, and now it's a whole movie that we're giving a whole episode to! People turn into coins and there are pee meters, what more could we need?

Well...it's finally here. The day Sydnee has deviously been planning for years now, the day she makes her siblings watch Grease 2 and discuss it with her for an hour. We all know it's bad, but is it maybe so bad it comes back around to good again?

As Rileigh describes him, a "cultural moment for the youths," and as Sydnee describes him (I guess), "her scruffy buddy," it's Harry! Not the Prince one the one from that boy band and with all the boas.
