Stories Fables Ghostly Tales

I did my utmost to make sure I bring you a lovely little episode and I think....I thiiiink I got it 💜🌇

Unfortunately my lungs are still affected by COVID-19 - that sod of a virus had me on the ropes all of two weeks now, and it's managed to impact my narrations as well. After a mere 25 minutes of recorded I was pooped, and needed a break, but I made sure to bring you two creepy episodes, and in my downtime, remaster a Classic Nero Wolfe Episode. I hope you amazing people love it, and thank you supporting me 💜💜

I'm going to go have a rest, and recover still, it's going to be a long road I feel in recovering from COVID, but I'll get there one step / cough at a time.

Episode 1: Videophile

Episode 2: Corpse to the Power

Thanks for being amazing mates and hoping to return to normal sooner rather than later!

Lotsa love 💜 and till next we meet, you amazingly lovely peeps!

My throat is still busted so I'm struggling to talk properly at length - but it won't stop me from remastering Old Audio and having a blast listening to it. I hope you enjoy both your episodes today mates - The Killer Cards full of deceit and backstabbery, plus The Calculated Risk, which sounds like another way of saying "Tiiiime to Gamble!!!"

Mates thanks for listening today, despite my strained voice I really wanted to thank you legends that support the show. Thank you immensely, lotsa love your way mates! 💜

I'll be back next week though in fighting form, and will be delivering something new and different. Thanks for being awesome! 💜

• Road Kill? CHECK!

Mates you are in for a treat on this one! Over 15 different musical pieces, multiple SFX and audio stings, and an adorable kitten. I hope you love it mates!

Firstly I want to thank the legendary Oud Night Tea Hall of Famer, Majest Mayah. An epic contribution to this podcast, and will never be forgotten. Thank you, and may your cat Army’s claws always be sharp mate.

My legendary supporter Lezza Bower that man with Brilliant Power, your mini-tale is:

Amidst the rough and speckled bricks of Ragabon, is a darkened, hollowed out place. Those who live there, avoid it, without really knowing why. Why does it smell like fresh earth? What are those munching sounds that seem to travel all the way down the alley and into one’s own ear? Where does that heat seem to come from? The people don’t know, and what’s more these questions are not their own, no, not their own at all. Thoughts that invade the mind of those that walk past Ragabon Alley seem to permeate into the very essence of anything living that should dare stray close to it’s entrance.

It's also not unusual to see throngs of cats, spines arched up in fear, or misguided anger, poor animals incapable of being able to discern, between their emotions, struggling with small feline minds, only knowing that danger, lurks between those two walls, and that in knowing that, and only that, it was enough. These walls that have a thousands voices, and a thousands thoughts. Whispers that invade the heart, and the very soul. Ragabon, a town of secrets, and the home to an Alley, that seeks secrets of it’s very own.

As you veterans will know, I have power issues around the rainy times but I've pre-edited and pre-recorded late last night with the understanding that this might happen. Mates I have for you Santa's being shot in the streets of New York with Nero Wolfe.

Remastered as always, and patched for your lovely ears, I hope you enjoy this episode. I'll be back next week with a thicker episode of horror mates, just for your brilliant selves. Thanks for being awesome!

The legend that is Lee Bower, thank you immensely of for your support! I’ve put your donations directly into renewing the next set of Adobe Photoshop payments, thank you so much you legend!

Before I go – I’ll have a horror story for your lovelies either this week or the next, and it involves Road kill. Stay awesome, and till next we meet you epic listeners you! 💜

Uncanny big people jokes all the way...from 1944. But don't worry mates, Nero gives as good as he gets, and booooyooo, does he dish out the snarkyness - and all in good fun of course.

We got betrayal, shooting, backstabbing, blackmail, mystery, and gambling!!! Detective action of the highest order mates in Nero Wolfe's "The Case of the Deadly Sell Out".

I hope you enjoy this episode you lovelies 📼

I want to thank my current amazing supporters and my Oud Night Tea Titan Hall of Famer!

Firstly, a massive thank you to Majestic Magical Mayah, whose contribution to this Podcast has helped acquire the software needed to repair this type of audio. Without RX studio, I wouldn’t be able to slice out noise from Nero’s thick yet crackly voice, nor would I be able to reduce the music from the vocals in one clean sweep.

This software really, let’s me punch above the rest, and I found myself being able to cut even the most crazy noise effect out in today’s episode, as easily as selecting the offending audio wave. Thank you Mayah, you support helped us all.

Try saying that three times quickly. Mate thanks to you I’ve been able to extended the licence on my Epidemic Sound subscription. Your support means that I can pull in audio from all different places, and particular unique sounds and music scores that would otherwise be repeated on this show over and over and over again. New outro and intro audio for example, is always different :D

Thanks to you, and all my supporters, I’m able pull in new jazz audio, foley for gunfire, and some brand new gore effects – you can never have enough gore. Thank you Lee, you’re one brilliant dudio 💜

And my fantastic Earl Grey Enforcers, I am luck to have supporting me:

Thank you all, for being amazing.

Thank you all for listening you loveliest of people.

Now, write your story, share your tale, make it creepy, or something silly about a snail, but remember that little tremor, that crawls up your spine, or the tingle that makes you smile, from a perfect plot line – that’s the magic of storytelling, like tea, it’s divine.

You took the time to listen to me, and you think, that it was your treat – but I thank you my friends, for the listen, and as always, till next, we meet. 🐇🐇🐇🐇

Thank you, you amazing people!
