G'daaaaay mates it's PIGEON TIME! 🐦
Maaates it's Sherlock Holmes and Wattson, on their adventure for mystery, intrigue, and...murrrdaah!
Today I bring you - Deception | Pigeons | Feathers | and the Framing of dear old Wattson! Join me mates for something truly whacky, and dare I say....could have been the FINALE of this dynamic duo! 💜
Thanks to you mate I’ve been able to use your donations to get me access to iZotope RX8 Standard edition. And let me just say, my audio has never been crisper. Thanks that software I’m able to remove reverb even better, strip out pops and clicks – hell I can SEE a click in my audio with that tool and just slice it out. So Mayah, thanks to you, I’m able to really do a lot more, and today’s episode is an example of that quality. If only you lovelies had heard it before I used the tools. So Mayah, thank you immensely.
Lezzzaaah, thanks to you mate I’ve been able to explore the unique world of side-plugins for RX8, and find out ways to tweak my vocals to be stranger, weirder, darker, or broodier, and all around different when it comes to my creepy narrations. So expect to hear some really odd…and whacky vocals in the future, thanks to your awesome self. Thank you so much man!!!
Paige, I hope you enjoyed my response, as promised of course. And I am a man of my word Paige. Now thanks to you, I’ve been able to cover off some of my subscription costs for maintaining the website, and I’m currently looking at other avenues or designs to the website that might fair better. We’ll see – but at least I have the option, and that’s only possible thanks to your lovely self. Thank you SO much Paige!!! You’re awesome.

Thank you all, have a kickarse Monday night or day, and some creepy tales are juuuust around the corner. 💜
Today we discover more about the Elfin kind, the soulless fae, the Elfin King and what happened to Peterkin! This is the final part of The Flower of Old Japan by Alfred No-Yes, and I thoroughly enjoyed this series. Seeing as I've spent a couple of episodes doing poetry, I figured I'd bounce back to horror next week, and get back into the swing of the creepy 👿 so I can't wait to share more tales with yah lovelies. Thank you for your amazing support you brilliant people, lots of love your way mates.
The Queen of Cats Mayah. The goddess that wraps me in bubble wrap and shoots me and my equipment to the moon and back, to show me they care. Mayah, I’ve been looking at further streamlining my workflow, and putting more time into identifying why audio is breaking up in the old time radio shows. As I progress through Sherlock Holmes I’m learning a lot in what plauges those kind of OTR’s.
As a result I think I can push it even further next Monday, so when you listen to it then Mayah, hopefully I can get even more clarity for you. Thank you so much mate for supporting me as you always do, and as always, I’m super duper gratetful. All of us benefit, so thank you immensely mate!
Mate I thanks to you I’ve been able to update my registration for security on my website, and I’ve also been able to update a number of my plugins that I use to clean up my audio. I ran into an issue recently with audio popping, and I think I might be able to remedy some of that through the plug-ins, we’ll see. Cheers mate for helping me streamline my workflow! You’re awesome!
📧 Expect and email for me this weekend awesome-ous Paige-imous! I tend to read emails multiple times and then run out of time to respond. Go figure right? But I’m looking forward to putting time aside this weekend to respond – talking to my listeners and supporters really brightens up my week, so I’m eager to sink my teeth into it. 💜 And thank you so much Paige for your support, you really do put a pep in my bouncy step! Thank you, and you'll hear from me soon!

Thank you all SO much, you’re bloody super stars! Every single one of you. Now, have a wonderful weekend, I can’t wait till next week scary stories, and as always, till next…we…meet.💜🌺😸
The weather unfortunately hasn't cleared up mates, which means I've had to play it safe when it comes to uploading episodes. So today's episode doesn't have an outro, but I wanted to include my thank yous in the intro instead.
Sometimes the weather get crazy windy, and hectic, it's actually the worst we've had it in years. People's houses have flooded, and some of the newly built houses aren't able to keep up around the city I live in. I live in a good neighbourhood, despite it being an old one, which means power lines are above ground opposed to below - so the weather can play havoc as a result.
Either way though folks, I just wanted to say thank you immensely for your support, and I should be back to normal once more on the Friday with the outro. Lotsa love your way you awesome people and for those peeps in the heat, stay cool, and I'll try to stay dry!💜
The Tale Teller signing out till Friday - any longer and I might not have power lol!
Today there's nothing but your favourite detective Sherlock Holmes...and strange box? 📦
Yes folks, this episode is truly elusive - when you think you know what's going on...Sherlock switches it up a notch. Pay close attention to the box itself listeners, how "heavy" it is, and the man holding it - plus the inheritance aspect...if you can keep up with Sherlock then you'll best him yet! I hope you enjoy this one mates :P
The gal who hurtles this podcasts to the moon and back, strapped to a jellyfish fuelled by hugs. Thank you Mayah for being brilliant, and supporting me at this tier. Currently I’m looking into more Old Time Radio episodes that I can remaster, so if you have any others that you remember, that I can track down, just like Sherlock Holmes, then let me know, and I’ll add this to my next list, my quest, to remaster, and rehabilitate these old shows. Thank you Mayah, as always, you’re awesome.
Mate, thank you for being your awesome self and supporting the show, and me. I’ve been working hard on identify new voice mod packs and new plug-ins this week, and my goal right now is trying to find ways to better identify mastering my current audio files, and my setup. Thanks to you mate I have the options – and everyone’s ears are better for it.
Thank you for your lovely message – it’s always great to get to know yah more, and what makes people tick. I’ll be responding this weekend Paige, unless I run into any disasterous weatrher issues, which at this point is the only thing that is going to stop me. In fact, the weather here, is eerily quiet…perhaps the calm before the storm, so I’m going to make the most of my recording time with you lovelies. Wish me luck! Thanks Paige! 🌧

Thank all of you, you epic peeps, and I’ll catch you Wednesday for morbid, and scary tales. Join me Wednesday you brilliant people 💜💜
Currently the rain has subsided with it probably landed heavily back during the week 🌧 so sort of not-looking forward to that. In saying this, I have been able to spend this Saturday recording your lovely episode for your epic ears - and I can't wait to share it!
Today we'll end one adventure and embark on another, for dear old Peterkin, stolen from the world...tucked away...but where? Well mates, we're gonna find out! 👍🏻
Thank you Mayah for your constant support – I’m able to now reach out to more authors than before, and also support people that keep Old Time Radio shows in tact, whilst also finding ways to give back to the community in this space. Thanks to you I’m able to think outside the box and push the envelope, regarding where I source my episodes – which is really fun! Thank you mate, you donation hurtles this podcast into space at every upload and after every month! You're bloody marvellous!
Mate thanks to you dudio I’m able to pay of my Adobe subscription in a couple of months, seriously, your contribution takes the stress away from utilising powerful tools that would otherwise be on the back burner for “nice to haves”. Your support means that I can deliver more, and far more easily. I’m so thankful, and gratefully for your support man. Thank you again Lezza.
Mate I’m constantly finding ways to ensure that your support is put to good use, and covering off subscription costs just like Lezza is one example, but also covering off one-off lifetime costs for software such as FilmoraX that enables me to edit video footage and episodes REALLY quickly – without having to rely on burly programs like Adobe Premiere, which can also be a nightmare.
Thank you Paige for being amazing, and supporting me in the way you do – also I received your email, and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into reading your response. Cheers mate!
