Please join us for the Hanksgiving armistice, where we take a break from hunting hunks and give thanks for Hanks. And also for Meg Ryan. Then, as is Hanksgiving tradition, we'll be generating our Sleepless in Seattle names and writing some moving "Dad Personals," in the event that our sons ever need to call into a radio show to advertise our personal qualities to listeners. And next week, we'll go back to hunting the hunks we shared this beautiful moment with. That's just how this dirty business goes.

This week, the Hunk Hunters step back and give space to an incredible independent creator. This deep dive into the troubled nation state of Genovia, and the powerful artistic movement inspired by the political turmoil at its heart, will challenge and empower you. But don't worry, we'll get our hunk in the end: It's Chris Pine's Jack Ryan, and he's trying to marry Anne Hathaway so his uncle can be princess!

A hunk-hunting operation at the edges of deep space goes terribly wrong when hunk from The Hunt for Red October Sam Neill falls in love with a spaceship in this hilarious, heartwarming, "eyes-optional" romance about Morbius, Starck, Cooper, and the hunks from outer space!

We really stepped in it this week, folks. We went into this scenario half-cocked, landed right in the soft part of a hunk nest, and the cap popped CLEAN OFF. You should have seen it. Never been so many hunks in one place at one time. Like one of those popping videos on TikTok. But, we’ll just do what we always do: chop wood and carry water. Which is to say, we’ll get out there and do our jobs and apprehend all these escaped hunks from 1988’s “Working Girl” before you even know it’s a problem, because we’re really good at what we do, and what we do isn’t very nice. (Hunk hunting.)

We may have lost the entire city of Paris this week, but we sure as heck found our hunk—it's Ben Affleck('s Jack Ryan) and he's busy trying to put animal crackers down people's underpants. That's right—the hunt for the hunks of The Hunt for Red October continues ... in space!

Did you know that a human being can speed run the entire 1991 Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves NES game in under 30 minutes? Yeah, we thought it would be a lot shorter too. Don’t worry — Tanner and Mr. Butt also have plenty to say about the scintillating movie it’s based on!

The October Hunt for the hunks of the film the Hunt for Red October continues this week as we go for the meatiest part of the hunk: the tender Alec Baldwin(’s Jack Ryan). The movie, and by extension episode, is largely about people in their 60-70s having sex, so if that’s “your thing,” you’ll be right at home.

Like all beautiful things, the Summer of Sandra must finally die, but what a ride it's been! And what a way to send it off — with a wide-reaching and exhaustive discussion of the live action Ninja Turtles film TMNT II: The Secret of the Ooze. (N.B. This episode may also contain occasional mentions of Sandra Bullock's first major feature film, "Love Potion No. 9.")

This week, the boys attempt to answer a particularly thorny set of questions, like, "Why didn't they call it 'Horse Box'"? And, "Why are the creatures so beautiful?" And, "Why won't you all just take off your blindfolds already? The creatures are beautiful. It's going to be fine!"
