I really appreciate all the ideas you've been sharing with everyone about topics you want to see covered.

But I don't see this phase ever really covered. Everyone talks more about the acquisition and the exciting phase one, where you're buying properties and potentially adding value to them and this kind of thing. But what happens after you've got enough properties? How do you ensure that you properly consolidate and get to the income or retirement phase? That's what we're going to be covering here today—strategies to do that effectively.
