I’ve been coaching Megan for the past year, and the progress she’s made has been incredible. Her mindset has completely shifted, her body composition has changed, and her performance in parkour has improved massively.
I was really keen to capture this conversation while everything was still fresh, to reflect on what helped her most and to inspire other women to take action and make the most of their own potential.
