Is it just us or does it seem like stress among our students and families is at an all-time high?  In this episode Barbara Truluck shares her Stress Busters tips for students.  We also talk about equipping our students to work through and manage their stress levels.  So often students can become dependent on us and the security our office brings.  What's truly empowering for our students is for them to remember how to work through their stress.  Barbara was the 2019 Cobb County Middle School Counselor of the Year, the 2020 Georgia School Counselor of the Year, and a 2021 ASCA School Counselor of the Year Finalist!  Barbara has over 900 school counselors who use her Stress Busters program.
