Thin Within is wonderfully compatible with holiday or seasonal trips and travel--actually ANY time you are away from home--for travel or leisure--Thin Within boundaries can go with you without negatively impacting your experience. With all foods being permissible, you can enjoy a "just-right-sized" portion of rare edible finds such as jambalaya in Louisiana, or chicken-fried steak and gravy in Texas, Boston cream pie, bagel with cream cheese and lox, Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, etc. It doesn't take much of these wonderful flavors and textures to satisfy us on our Thin Within journeys.

But, best of all, there are strategies we can take with us that remind us that the joy of travel isn't found in making it a roving food fest! It is most of all found in exploring with friends and family members, delighting in one another's company, and thanking God along the way.
