In this episode I dive into the challenges that arise with relationships, friendship break ups, and setting boundaries. Releasing relationships during different seasons of your life is so normal. I know a lot of people are dealing with letting go at this time so I do hope this is encouraging. It's okay to release what doesn't align and allow what does to come in.

Today's topic focuses on my reflections about struggling with toxic shame, feelings of inadequacy and brokenness, mindset shifts, and how I've been learning to embrace ALL aspects of my being by accepting duality.
If you're struggling with shame, insecurity, self-loathing etc. I hope it gives you a different perspective or provides some type of encouragement for you! I encourage you to also check out some of my older episodes if you're new here!

This episode discusses the reality of shifting from a life stuck in survival mode and the nuanced reasons it can be challenging to adapt to a life of peace. I share some of the prompts I've been using in ChatGPT to compile information to deepen my understanding of these types of life transitions. Some prompts I recommend are: "describe the neurological impact of living life in survival mode due to trauma" or "explain the challenges childhood trauma and living in survival mode can have on a person's ability to adapt to a healthy life". I also recommend experimenting with manifestation using ChatGPT to help create visualizations and descriptions for you.
