Today’s topic is Sleep Hypnosis. Just recently I came across this topic and I realised that I too was unknowingly following sleep hypnosis and reaping the benefits of the same, so I wanted to share the steps I personally follow.
Before that let me give the meaning in a nutshell of sleep hypnosis. Sleep Hypnosis is a technique that involves guided thinking in order to lead a person into a state of relaxation. In turn, this relaxed state should make falling asleep easier.
