In this episode we invited Jacquie Conte and Emily Moran to the table to discuss the benefits of gardening for our mental health. Jacquie and Emily both have extensive backgrounds covering nutrition, organic gardening, herbal medicine, reiki, yoga and so much more. We definitely could have chatted with them for a lot longer than an hour!
Jacquie and Emily have recently published an e-book that covers everything you need to know about getting your garden started this summer. They will be releasing more books as we progress through the growing season and provide virtual workshops to help ensure you have everything you need to be a master gardener.
You can find details about the gardening e-book here.
