Today we will look back at our history and walk through an exercise to turn it into testimony. This is what happened to this is what God did. 

We look back at the last ten years, or even further and learn to heal the past in this exercise. 

This is the beginning to moving forward, acknowledging, forgiving, blessing and releasing. 

You may want to walk through this exercise more than once or come back to it in the future. 

Find a quiet spot, free from distractions. Bring a journal or notebook. 

Intro to meditation, the what, why and how. We also talk about the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The RESTORE challenge for the week is to add 5 minutes of meditation to your daily schedule and then keep adding 5 minutes each week.
