Serena Dyer Pisoni {author & daughter of the late Dr. Wayne Dyer} is on for all 4 things. Serena & her sister, Saje, wrote a book to carry on their dad's legacy called “The Knowing: Eleven Lessons to Understand the Quiet Urges of Your Soul" and Amy goes over a few of the lessons with Serena. FIRST THING: Serena shares what it means to "take the path of least resistance" & why that lesson is good for us. It allows us to let go of the way we think things should be & gives us the opportunity to surrender to situations in our life, without giving up! SECOND THING: Fill yourself with love is the next lesson. When somebody “squeezes you” — what's going to come out? What are you filling yourself up with? If you fill yourself up with love...then love will come out! THIRD THING: Serena shares what "choose sooner" means & gives an example of what that might look like in your life. Her dad used to tell the story of a man who went out dancing the night after finding out his soldier son had died in war. When asked how he could do it, the man said, “At some point, I’m going to have to move on from my sorrow or it’s going to kill me. I’m just choosing sooner.” The lesson: Have permission to feel joy even in hard times & live your life. FOURTH THING: Gratitude time!!!
