Jeff Duncan
On the eve of new album, “Emotion Factory Reset,” Armored Saint guitarist Jeff Duncan joins us to discuss the band’s new music and videos; the influence of Foghat; kind words from Blackie Lawless; and the joy of being schooled by Michael Schenker. He also tells us why sharing the stage with his brother (L.A. Guns drummer Shawn Duncan) at the Rainbow’s 54th birthday bash was a full-circle moment for two “Hollywood dinosaurs.”

Brian Greenway: April Wine
In 1977, guitarist Brian Greenway joined April Wine in time for the band’s rise to international fame with the 1978 album, “First Glance,” and its classic single, “Roller.” From there, the hits kept coming with radio mainstays “I Like to Rock,” “Sign of the Gypsy Queen,” “Just Between You and Me” and “Enough is Enough,” among others. He joins us from the road where April Wine is supporting fellow Canadian rock legends, Triumph, on a hit-packed North American tour, and kindly indulges us as we ask about the vintage songs (plus an obscure one), the band’s legacy and whether or not new music is on the list.

Carmine Appice
As the drummer for Vanilla Fudge and Cactus during the late-1960s and early 1970s, Carmine Appice pioneered the thunderous sound of heavy rock. He later co-wrote massive disco and synth-pop hits while drumming for Rod Stewart, and logged stints with Ozzy Osbourne, Ted Nugent, Blue Murder and King Kobra, among many others. He joins us to discuss his latest Cactus album, “Temple of Blues II,” his all-star list of collaborators, his secret to great hair, recording with Paul Stanley, rumors of joining Led Zeppelin and that time he and Ozzy turned a limo run to White Castle into a future backstage burger feast.

Kenny Hickey
As the guitarist for goth-metal icons Type O Negative, Kenny Hickey sold millions of albums and toured with everyone from Pantera to Motley Crue during the mid-1990s through the early 2000s. Today, he fronts the doom-metal supergroup Sun Dont Shine featuring members of Crowbar, Down and Type O. He joins us to discuss Sun Dont Shine’s debut album, “From Birth to Death,” the band’s balance of crushing power and ethereal melodies, the contrast in writing styles between himself and Kirk Windstein, and the unexpected announcement that a live Type O Negative album is in the works.

Corrosion of Conformity
They don’t come any cooler than Pepper Keenan and Woody Weatherman of Corrosion of Conformity. They join us to discuss new album, “Good God, Baad Man,” new bassist Bobby Landgraf and drummer Nick Shabatura, the lifeblood goodness of Keystone beer, and picking the brains of Rob Halford and Ian Hill while touring with Judas Priest. We also ask about the origins of the COC skull, Pepper’s audition for Metallica and what it’s like to rival Taylor Swift on social media.

John Corabi
He’s been a high-profile rocker for more than three decades, but has never released a full-length solo album – until now. John Corabi – the former voice of The Scream, Motley Crue, Union and Dead Daisies, among others – joins us to discuss his new album, “New Day,” his love of ’60s and ’70s rock, and whether or not he’d join Motley Crue if he’s invited to their inevitable(?) Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.
