Tracey Avril Wigginton—nicknamed the “Lesbian Vampire Killer”—is an Australian convicted murderer notorious for the brutal killing of Edward Baldock in Brisbane in 1989. Wigginton, then 24, and three accomplices lured Baldock, a father of four, from a bar and drove him to a park, where Wigginton stabbed him 27 times, nearly decapitating him and drinking his blood. The group, involved in occult practices, claimed the murder was motivated by Wigginton’s desire to “feed” on human blood, and she had spoken of vampiric urges previously.
