The Inclusion & Diversity podcast you cannot afford to miss!

Inclusive Employers announces the launch of our new podcast, ‘Talking inclusion with…’. The podcast offers a new way for anyone with an interest in Inclusion & Diversity to hear real-life stories, learn about best practice and how to take real action to make inclusion an everyday reality in your workplace.

The podcasts are hosted by BBC Radio Leeds’s Stephanie Hirst and Inclusive Employers’ Senior Consultant Steven Copsey. Each month, guests have fascinating stories to tell and give advice that all organisations need to hear.

As it's LGBT History Month, Stephanie Hirst meets Marianne Cowie from Zurich and Theresa Farrenson from Aon and we get an insight into their experiences of LGBTQ+ stereotypes in the workplace, LGBTQ+ networks and talk about the use of pronouns. Matheus Carvalho, Senior Consultant at Inclusive Employers, also joins us to share best practice and advice for employers.
