  • A Legacy of Wealth with Michael Yardney
In this episode property expert Michael Yardney shares the definition of true wealth and why high net worth investors desire to leave a legacy.

Hear what differentiates average Australians from the uber-successful and why it always comes down to mindset and the tools they use on their journey towards financial freedom. Also hear how Talking Trading was born and the power of being immersed in an environment where you are free to chase your investing dreams.
    Michael Yardney
Michael Yardney is Australia’s leading property specialist and an expert on wealth creation, financial mindset and investing.

High net worth investors not only desire a lifetime of wealth they wish to leave an on going legacy. The biggest difference between and high net worth investors and the average Australian is their MINDSET. While the average Australian takes financial advice from well meaning but non- wealthy people successful investors often have mentors and mastermind groups who are able to see your blind spots and move you from limiting subconscious beliefs to empowering thoughts.

Wealth Retreat is a high level masterminding educational event, which has had a track record for 10 years. Every year 50 investors gather on the Gold Coast for 5 days to immerse themselves in an investing, networking and joint venturing environment.

  • African Wisdom for Trading Vision
The continent of Africa comes to Talking Trading this week with Getrude Matshe. The wind blew this African lady with a big vision to the city of Wellington in New Zealand. Getrude has since created 6 successful businesses, has written a movie script LA is calling for and has started a foundation for sufferers of HIV. Getrude highlights the importance of vision and affirmations in creating your business. Sit back and hear the sounds of Africa through her story. Louise Bedford also discusses the power of visualisations and affirmations in her book review and hear Chris Tate’s trading quote of the week.

    Getrude MAtshe
The wind blew this African lady with a big vision to the city of Wellington in New Zealand. She has since created six successful businesses including a talent agency for African extras when Peter Jackson was in town filming Lord of the Rings

The fact she had to cheat and spray paint everyone brown so they looked like one tribe didn’t stop her. Nor did it stop her to go on to create her Africa Alive Foundation, which sponsors 580 African HIV infected children.

Getrude believes in the power of a VISION. Instead of having an employer determine her self worth, she dictates how successful in business she is by how much she can CREATE. With LA calling her for her movie script, and her Africa Alive Foundation, she is on a mission to raise awareness around HIV in her country.

Hear the sounds of Africa and the power of holding your vision in clear focus.

  • MARKET MIRROR
This week's episode will fire you up to trade the hot opportunities the market is offering right here, right now. Plus, you'll hear about what it takes to create lifetime wealth, and to have a passion for work that means you want to keep jumping out of bed in the mornings.

    Market Wrap with Chris Tate
The word of the day is CHINA.

Over the past week the entire complex, which also includes Hong Kong has performed powerfully. Is it a bubble? Chris Tate says: ‘Who really cares’. The aim of the game is to chase the money.

And while Hillary Clinton may be shaking up American politics the US markets remain underwhelming. The Aussie market is still vaguely positive but we are lumbering under the 6000-point mark and hamstrung by a lack of impetus in base metals. We need something to break the psychological deadlock, which will give us a clean lift.

Find out which positions Chris is placing this week and hear his advice to traders.
    Anthony Robbins TIP
The Self Empowerment Giant comes to Sydney this week and in time for his seminar we have Tony Robbins Tip. Which trait is universal to ALL successful people?
Dr Harry Stanton - Peak Performance Coach - and Louise Bedford
Hear about Dr Harry’s passion for working and life.

To hear more from Dr Harry Stanton, in an extended interview format, you're going to want to become a Talking Trading Gold member. Go to www.talkingtrading.gold.com.au and read more.

    Parton Brothers – Café Conversations
Anthony and Ashley Parton work with David Chia, and the team at Relate Empower Deliver (RED). Absorbed, imbued and soaked in the Australian market environment their insights and experience provide us with guidance on how to find meaningful reward throughout the investment journey. These two men discuss the journey in the markets and give their advice.

Some of the highlights that they discuss are:

Know your WHY for trading so you will persist when the going gets tough.
The markets are about the story, the experience, and feeling empowered.
Treat trading like life - it takes time and patience but there is great reward.
You will look back and say "I didn’t only learn about the money - I learned about myself."

Amanda shares deep wisdom wrapped in humour so you can ditch your old habits and you can begin living with joy and purpose.

    Amanda Gore
International speaker and author Amanda Gore is a glow bug of energy and joy.

Voted one of the USA ‘s top 25 speakers she shares with the steps to finding your INNER JOY.

Ever found your thoughts caught in first world problems? Or taken for granted people, situations and things in your life? Putting on gratitude glasses is the single most important thing we can do to living with joy and purpose. Amanda gives us 12 stepping-stones to joyful living, which include unearthing the 3 core hidden fears people harbour.

    1.   I am not worth loving or I am not good enough
    2.    I am not safe in some way
    3.    Fear of death abandonment or separation.

Most people lead lives of habits and patterns that are unconsciously ruled by fear. By recognizing some of these patterns you can remove the stories based on fear, which take away the capacity for joy.

Joy is a precursor to success and in Amanda’s mind the core measure of SUCCESS in life is the amount of JOY you feel. There is no greater purpose, no higher calling.

This interview helps takes you there.

Market Wrap with Ashley Jessen from Invast
It was an eventful week in the US market with Janet Yellen’s statement pushing the US dollar lower and the markets higher. And still considered the world’s most valuable company, Apple shares were added to the Dow Jones index.

The Australian markets had the highest weekly close since May 2008. While bearish divergence is hitting some stocks, banks and value-based stocks are still performing. With the 6000 resistance level and the double top it is an interesting time to watch our market.

Copper and crude oil are the opportunities to watch for this week.

And why men and women approach the share market differently?

The answers will have you laughing, nodding your head and wiping your eyes.  We are not so far out from the caves and trees as we think.

  • Shares versus Property
In this episode we take a look at the topic that has fuelled many cocktail hour conversations: shares versus property. Niv Dagan walks us through the statistics over the past 20 years to show to show how shares have outperformed property and why. Louise Bedford tells us to stop being VANILLA about things that matter in Mindpower and suggests creating a bubble of protection around yourself. Janet Beckers gives us a tribal leaders tip and Jono tells us the state of the market last week.

    Market Wrap with Jono Barratt
With the prospect of interest rates moving up in the USA and the whole cycle reversing, the Dow closed down 143 points on Friday.

The Australian market is trading with mixed confidence at the moment while the Dax and Tech Dax have had a fantastic move. While the Europeans are still printing 50 billion euro, anything with a European flavour looks good to Jono.

    Mindpower with Louise Bedford
Other people’s opinions of you are none of your business.

So stop being VANILLA about things that count. Sometimes instead of biting your tongue you should be giving people a tongue-lashing. One of the keys to success is to make a decision and back yourself. Try creating a bubble for yourself and let any negative person on the outside hit your bubble wall.

You see… when you are living your best self, you won’t give up.

Tribal Leaders Tip with Janet Beckers
Old excuses wont cut it when you are ready to step up as the leader of your tribe.

What habits are you going to have to let go of to step up into your success?

Shares versus Property With Niv Dagan.
It's the age-old question of shares versus property. The dealing room versus bricks and mortar.

Many dinner conversations have been had over this topic and while taste, personality and preference all play a role in a people’s decisions, Niv Dagan walks us through how shares have been outperforming property over the past 20 years.

In the 2013/14 ASX Long-Term Investor report, returns for the 3 main investor classes were:

    Cash: 6%

    Residential Property: 8.6%

The major reason for shares outperformance of property is that dealing tickets are just so much more affordable than mortgage loan repayments. The share market is much more accessible to people. Niv also outlines how you can protect the value of your share portfolio with insurance.

Get to know them intimately and rather than spreading yourself too thin become an expert in a few. Aaron sees 2015 as being a rewarding year and after big declines in iron ore we are likely to see a bounce. Also hear what other commodities could perform in the year ahead.

The latest rallies in the ASX could be sustainable with optimism and recovery in the commodity markets. Jono’s advice is to ogle the oil, copper and iron ore charts as well as BHP and Rio. Gold has no friends at the moment, which means it is also a good time to be looking at its charts.

Café Conversations with Louise Bedford and Leanne Savory
    Ever felt like a fraud?
Ever suffer fluttering feelings of lack of confidence trading?
Ever felt like you don’t deserve your trading success?

These feelings are common… so common in fact they have a name - 'The Imposter Syndrome'. That unshakable belief that you won’t live up to other people’s expectations and that it is just a matter of time until others find out that you are a fraud.  Women tend to suffer it more than men and traders often suffer from it after a series of wins or losses.

It comes back down to your financial thermostat. If you have trouble accepting your win your thermostat will push and shake you back into your comfort zone…the financial doghouse.

Louise Bedford and Leanne Savory define this syndrome and they give practical tactics on how to kick this beast in the butt and live your potential as a trader.

For more information about the Imposter Syndrome and to see if you have this type of thinking go to www.paulineroseclance.com and answer her 20 questions.

This could be the beginning of your inner transformation for trading victory.

Tune in next week for Life Coach and Ted Talk Star Tanya Geislar for an in depth interview on The Imposter Syndrome
