  • A Symphony of Hybrid Transformation, CINNOX Podcast
In this podcast, Alex Maguigad from CINNOX sheds light on how seamless telephony and digital channels helps in improving CX, and why EX or employee experience is at the heart of the digital business disruption and why it must be an integral part of the business transformational strategy.
CX and EX are intertwined and parts of a cohesive system that cannot be viewed in isolation. An undervalued and disengaged employee has no incentive to provide the best customer experience and given the plethora of choices a customer has today, all it takes is one negative interaction or experience for the customer to stop using your business’s products or services.
You will learn how to address the gap between CX and EX and ways to maximize everyone’s experience in this engaging dialogue.

“We are advising, designing, building, deploying, and managing the world’s most critical infrastructure,” says Gretchen Tinnerman, US Global Practice Leader for Network and Edge, of Kyndryl. “But we’re doing that in a transformed state.” Tinnerman defines the transformed state as a company that invests heavily in its team, focusing on “reskilling” and “upskilling”. • How to turn every conversation into an infinite source of revenue, Dubber Podcast
“Once you understand what isn’t working… the answer really becomes more clear,” says Michael Abenhaim, SVP of Americas Sales at Dubber.
Abenhaim describes a seismic challenge facing the service provider community and discusses a path forward. Native services and applications offered at a higher margin and lower cost, underpinned with 100% customer ownership will, according to Abenhaim, deliver the differentiation SPs and customers are looking for, but without deep partnering this solution is still difficult to realize. “By making conversational intelligence native on their network, service providers set the building blocks in place to deliver unique and valuable intelligence back to their customers in ways others are not or cannot,” Abenhaim adds.
In this podcast, Abenhaim opens the idea of conversational data as a place for providers to tap into, offering their customers an invaluable intelligence resource, and unlocking an underpenetrated revenue stream.

  • Omnichannel 101 and the Customer Experience, Infobip Podcast
In this podcast, Doug Green and Infobip’s Ted Franz discuss omnichannel, conversational commence, and how the overall customer experience is evolving. How can companies engage with customers beyond phone calls, email, and their websites? Many SMBs and middle market companies are still new to messaging or are only sending basic one-way alerts. Others have siloed data that limits their ability to deliver a coherent customer journey. Brands are now beginning to understand that true two-way conversational messaging across popular social media channels and chatapps like WhatsApp are desired, the same tools used by many to connect with friends and family.
“You need to meet the customer where they are today, and service them either on the revenue side or the service support side on the preferred channel that they like to use. We see a big shift in brands now recognizing this,” says Ted Franz, Director of Product Strategy at Infobip.
Within companies there is also a heightened focus on providing contact center agents with more sophisticated tools to help them better support customers. If the agent has incomplete visibility and context in a customer interaction, we have the beginnings of a poor customer experience where agents lack the information needed to meet the customer where they are with an issue and then to resolve the issue. “Enterprises are starting to deploy customer data platforms or CDP,” Franz adds. Infobip offers this type of platform, and we learn how a CDP helps an organization segment their audience and deliver hyper-personalized, relevant content at the right time and on the customers’ preferred channel.
One more particularly exciting aspect of our conversation is learning about the accessibility of these solutions for smaller and middle-sized firms. Hyper-personalizing the customer experience is now vital to maintaining customer brand expectations, curbing costly customer defections, and creating deeper connections with customers.

  • Telecom Expense Management Becomes IT Expense Management, Tangoe Podcast
“The cost of cloud has become a boardroom conversation,” says Becky Carr, CMO of Tangoe. “Ten years ago, cloud was all about saving money.” In the years that have followed, the costs of cloud, the costs of buying infrastructure as a service, and the cost other services, have changed the way companies buy technology. The recurring charges might begin as low costs points of entry, but management of those costs quickly assembles. Recurring charges then, and the proliferation of recurring charges now, remain a cost management challenge. In this podcast, Becky Carr, CMO of Tangoe, discusses how her company has made TEM into a way for organizations to gain visibility into their whole technology posture, how and what they are using and to understand the related costs. Carr shares with us research on the changes that are possible when companies gain a better understanding of their technology spending. For enterprises, TEM is something to look at, especially as we enter a more challenging environment. For channel partners, Carr outlines how TEM can be a fresh opportunity for revenues and new conversations with clients.
