It's all about remembering six words - my personal and professional mantra- eat well, move daily, be healthy. I’ll introduce you to these pillars which are the foundation of my practice and what we’ll be exploring on this podcast to help you achieve a healthier life.After this discussion, you’ll feel grounded in this philosophy and understand how  small habits within these pillars can enrich your waking minutes and overall well-being.
