Vessi Kapoulian is the Founder of Dream Believe Achieve Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm. Vessi helps high-achieving professionals who are tired of trading time for money generate passive income and create tax efficiencies through well-vetted, cash-flowing commercial real estate investments. She began her real estate journey in 2017 and now manages a portfolio of properties in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia, totaling approximately $50 million in assets under management.

With a background in commercial lending and business management, Vessi takes a conservative, analytical approach to assessing risk and maximizing returns. She is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom and is a frequent speaker at real estate meetups and podcasts. Vessi holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Northwestern University.
