Your athlete can improve their game without risking injury. In this episode, I’m joined by renowned sports performance coach, Dr. Nick Serio. We talk about the crazy lengths these young athletes will go to chase velocity, and how that can actually end up doing more harm than good. Dr. Serio shares his approach to customizing the training to the individual, not just throwing them into a one-size-fits-all program.
