Today we’re going to talk about the sometimes unseen power of invention. Often inventors and creators of new ideas and products have a vision in mind, but don’t always see the full value of what they’re created until some time later, or with the help of some outside perspective. My guest today has quite a list of accomplishments. He is the inventor of noise canceling headphones during his time at Bose, he worked with Apple to create the Apple New Product Process which is used in all their product divisions, and has worked with many household names such as Amazon, Cisco, IBM, HP, Fitbit, and more. He has also written a book called “Innovate Products Faster: Graphical Tools for Accelerating Product Development" I’d like to welcome John Carter, Principal at TCGen.

Today we’re going to talk about how to be more agile by learning from our experiences, both good and bad. While tales of wild success are what we often remember about business leaders and leading companies, but failures, missteps, and missed opportunities are often better teachers. My guest today has had his share of both success and, let’s just say “less successful” efforts, but has had the wisdom and perseverance to push through setbacks to achieve some great things. I’d like to welcome Jerry Abiog, Co-Founder and CMO at Standard Insights.
Today we’re going to talk about the importance of workplace wellbeing and how it is vital to both employees and the organizations they work within.
While many organizations want to improve their employee experience, many are not taking the proper steps to create a holistic environment of wellbeing. Doing so, requires looking at many facets of the company, but yields better and more lasting results.
To help me discuss this topic, I’d like to welcome Lee Chambers – Environmental Psychologist, Wellbeing Consultant and Founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing.
