In today's episode I share 7 ways you can begin to develop more self trust.
Self trust is the ability to act in your own best interest, and to rely on yourself. Confidence and self worth are a huge part of self trust.
To create an aligned life you must develop self trust, as I talk about over and over again on Instagram, and in today's episode I break down HOW to do that.
Know that you also cannot be in opposition to parts of yourself and be fully trusting, so self acceptance and understanding your motives behind behaviours that you previously saw as sabotaging is also key in the self trust conversation.

Cheers to 200 episodes!
Today's episode is on emotional stability - what it means, the value of emotional stability and how to create it for yourself.
We cover 6 reasons why emotional stability is valuable to have, and at the end of the episode I share a very simple way to create more emotional stability for yourself.
One piece that I didn't mention at the end of the episode but is important to share is that emotional stability (and self trust) is also created by doing hard things and putting yourself in discomfort, and finding safety within yourself.
You can do this in small ways in your own life and build up to "bigger" things as you develop more self trust and learn how to feel stable.

Self reliance, like discipline and growth, is an admirable quality that most people would say they want to embody, but when it comes down to it, it's a very uncomfortable thing to be "in" self reliance.
It's so nice when you are committing to change in your life and the people around you support you, but that is not always the case for many people. A lot of times when we change, it highlights the fact that other people aren't changing, and that can make them very uncomfortable, and potentially even upset at you. Enter: Self reliance.
It's tempting to even feel bitter or resentful when people who we care about don't support us, but know that it is teaching you a deep lesson on self reliance, and other people do not have to support us. It is not their responsibility to be our cheerleaders. Do not let that stop you from growing and changing in your life. You deserve to BE all that you can be!

Today's episode is a personal story about thoughts (that are not necessarily real) creating feelings.
Remember that any thought you think can and will create a feeling in the body. The thought doesn't have to be real even. So that means you could be feeling some negative emotions for no reason other than your mind running rampant, worrying about worst case scenario.
The most important work there is is to become a master of your mind and not let it be a master of you!
Enjoy today's episode and be sure to leave a review if you haven't yet!

The moment that you recognize you want more you are sending that desire out to the Universe and you have awareness of this desire. You can either entertain the fact that you want more and go after that, or you can shut it down. If you shut yourself down, you still want that thing, you have awareness that you want that thing, but you don't allow yourself to go after it, which is a clear message to the Universe that you don't feel worthy to have what you want.
This is one of the biggest ways you keep yourself small in your life, and today's episode will go over 7 other ways you keep yourself small.

Today's podcast is about learning how to hold higher standards.

You are allowed to want what you want. Your desires are literally GPS from your higher self helping you onto a path of more alignment and joy when you allow yourself to lean in and follow the pull.
Today's episode is about expanding your idea of what's possible through a story about our new home.
The message I hope you get from this episode is that your life comes down to what you believe (not just what you think, but deeply believe on an embodied level) can happen or what you believe you are worthy of receiving. You become a match for your goals when you change what you believe about yourself, what you believe is possible, what you believe you are worthy of, who you be, and what you choose to NOT think or believe as well.

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis works with your subconscious mind (the storehouse of all your memories, beliefs, habits and behaviours), which is generally very resistant to change, but becomes receptive and open to suggestion and change.
Today's podcast episode is a hypnosis session on increased confidence and self esteem. Grab some headphones and find a quiet space where you can relax without interruption and let the suggestions work for you.
Be sure to share today's episode with your personal growth besties!

Back in March of 2020 I recorded the original episode "Thoughts are not Truth" and today's episode is the part 2.
A few weeks ago I read a post about how your toothpaste shouldn't foam. I thought about the people who might read that and think "that's not true" and then I started to think about how we just think about things being "true" based on if we were taught that or raised that way.
Everything in life that we believe to be true is based on what we were taught or if we changed our beliefs. This is what causes "problems" in relationships. One person believes one thing, and the other person believes the opposite. It depends on the two people's growth level to be able to accept those differences in beliefs and not need to make the other person "wrong" to feel "right".
I also talk about the best time to make change, and how your beliefs about those changes will impact the success or failure of the situation.

How many times have you held yourself back because you worried about what other people would think or you thought you "should" or "shouldn't" do something?
There really isn't one "right" way to live. There isn't one "right" way to do things. It all comes down to you living in alignment and following your pull.
Time at a job or in a relationship doesn't determine success. Your sense of fulfillment and happiness does. You are the one who determines what is right or "wrong" for you, and you following your heart matters more than time put in.
