I'm obsessed with the concept of being Unoffendable. Being someone that no one can make feel offended.
Today's episode comes from a book I read called Unoffendable by Brant Hansen and it's all about choosing to never be offended again.
Being offended means you think you have moral superiority, like what you think or do is “better” than what someone else does or thinks or says and if they don't do or think or speak in the way you *think* they should you have the right to feel offended because you are right and they are (obviously) wrong.
We saw a lot of people be "offended" in the last few years with major polarization of sides in the world.
Being Unoffendable is radical responsibility of your emotions. It means you are no longer a victim because NO ONE can make you feel offended, which has always been my message.

In today's episode I share 4 things your brain naturally wants to do that is not for your highest good or very helpful.
Remember, your brain is motivated to seek pleasure, avoid pain and conserve energy. Your brain's job is to just keep you alive, even if that means at your own expense of what your soul really wants. It's up to us to be aware of these things so we can overcome them. As you've heard me share: We want to be all that we can be.
Ps. Self Care Codes, my 5 week program for the woman who wants to own her time, practice higher levels of self care, learn how to be clear in boundaries and pass tests, and think about true self care in a completely new way, starts on Saturday, March 12.

Today's episode is all about self care codes because true self care has the potential to make the biggest change in your life: your health, energy, fulfillment and more!
I share some codes with you around self worth and self care, time, ownership, boundaries, being deliberate and seeing yourself as disciplined.
As I share in the podcast I have a 5 week program starting on March 12 where we will be going deeper into these topics and coaching you to shift beliefs, hold higher standards, learn how to "pass tests" as you are on this journey and create boundaries with your self and others.

Today's episode is a riff on expanding on some recent instagram posts. I expand on "it's done" energy, what that means and why that's important. I talk about being "a match" for your desires and how what you want is ALREADY here. Of course I always love to share about embodied self worth, the importance and how you need to stop settling for less than you desire, speak your truth, and honour what you want.
Lastly I share about the shifting of energy in the world, how it can feel a little chaotic, but it's up to us to be rooted in what we believe in - love, kindness, compassion, and leading ourselves to do the right thing.

Today we are talking about discernment (the ability to judge well), and letting things go.
I share a story about a yoga class I taught when I was in my early twenties and how I used discernment to not engage in an unhelpful conversation with another instructor.
Right now the world could be considered very hostile (depending on your perspective ;)), and it's extremely important to be decisive and discerning about where your focus is, and to be letting things go that are not in alignment with your highest good.

Last week I shared a Reel on Instagram that said, "If you feel anxious your work is Self Trust".
More and more people are struggling with anxiety and, unfortunately, we have not been taught how to navigate our own mental and emotional wellbeing to know how to handle these emotions and not be overcome by them.
One important thing to distinguish is that you are not anxious, you experience anxiety, just like you experience all of the other emotions. You are not your emotions, you are the feeler of them.
Learning how to trust yourself to handle the obstacles of life is one of the most important skills to build.

Convenience has you thinking short term, but what I know my community is after is purpose and fulfillment, and that requires you to think long term.
Convenience has you believing you should skip out on the "hard stuff" and that effort and hard work is wrong.
