Arne Slot held a press conference at the AXA Training Centre on Friday to preview Liverpool's return to Premier League action this weekend.

And Reds reporter David Lynch was there to hear what the Dutchman had to say ahead of facing Nottingham Forest.

As per usual, Slot provided a fitness update on his team, revealing how Harvey Elliott, Alexis Mac Allister and Federico Chiesa are shaping up.

He also discussed the need to rotate across seven games in 21 days, Caoimhin Kelleher's comments on his future, and the contracts of three key players.

Check out this summary of the press conference and let us know your thoughts on the major talking points in the comments.
