It's our first solo episode with Phelim on his own as Ann is off in North Carolina for one of the first political events in a very long time!   On today's episode Phelim brings you the latest on the #PelosiBlowout scandal.  Nancy Pelosi was caught getting her hair done in a San Francisco salon even though salons in that county have been closed for 6 months. The. video footage, leaked by the salon owner, also shows Pelosi walking around the salon without wearing a mask.  The video has made a huge splash and has garnered a response from Pelosi who claims she was "set up" and that the salon should apologize.  You can't make this stuff up . . .

As you know,  Kenosha, WI has been under siege for days now and the mainstream media can’t help but give these “peaceful protests” cover. In this week’s Scoop podcast we reveal the truth about the Kenosha shooting and why the young vigilante man who has been charged may be innocent.

That's right we have a third-world-style blackouts in a state that has abundant oil and gas. It all boils down to really awful leftist politics. We’re excited to have our friend Marc Morano of Climate Depot back on the show to talk about it.

The New York Times has a new article that is raising questions about the accuracy and effectiveness of COVID testing.  Many are wondering if tests might be too sensitive and are leading to positive test results for people who have insignificant amounts of the virus and are likely not even contagious.  We go over what that might mean and how the New York Times is (as always) burying the lede. 

And there's no shortage of hypocrisy from pro-lockdown politicians!  We bring you two stories of politicians in the northeast who are defying their own COVID rules.

On Friday Governor Gavin Newsom announced that California won't be fully reopening until there is a vaccine for the coronavirus.  He rolled out his new plan to reopen some sectors of the economy and has announced that in an effort to create a 'new normal' - many sectors of the economy will not be fully reopening for quite some time.  Restaurants, bars, and gyms (among others) will not be allowed to operate at full capacity for the foreseeable future.  We take you through Gavin's latest power grab. 

Also on today's episode we discuss the new news from the CDC that shows a very small amount of COVID deaths can actually be attributed to COVID.  We also discuss a celebrity's not-so-bold stance on the virus.

A new article is linking "sociopathic traits" to non-mask wearers and others who refuse to comply with COVID rules.  On today's episode - we explore some notable politicians who might better fall into that category . . . 

We also bring you some sad news from San Francisco where only 46% of businesses are estimated to reopen or continue operating.  And what does the media blame it on?  COVID and not the pro-lockdown politicians like Gavin Newsom and Mayor London Breed who have kept the city locked down for 6 months. 

Today comes with good news from the DOJ.  They have announced that they will be investigating the orders of the governors who forced COVID positive nursing home patients back into facilities.  Governors like Andrew Cuomo and Gretchen Whitmer have all been asked to submit information regarding their orders - will we see justice served?  Phelim isn't holding his breath . . .

And finally, we bring you a story from one of our not-so-friendly acquaintances over at the Daily Beast.  Radical leftist writer Molly Jung-Fast hasn't left her apartment in nearly 6 months - is that something to celebrate?

Let us begin by saying, we are not leaving California (for now), but we know so many folks who are.  We used to think the "exodus" from blue states to red states was a media myth - but not anymore.   

We've lived in Los Angeles for years and are now watching our friends leave in droves.  We spent last weekend in Idaho with friends who are looking to relocate to the state and today we tell you exactly why they and others are hoping to make their “Calexit.”   

We used to think that Calexit was a bit of media hype.  Occasionally you’d hear stories of people leaving for Florida, Arizona, and Idaho.  Now those stories are becoming much more frequent.  In today’s episode we share our experience with Calexit and the migration of families from blue to red states.

New York has some of the most stringent quarantine laws in the country - but they're not for celebrities!  Ahead of MTV's Video Music Awards (VMAs) the state has decided to exempt all performers traveling to the event.  This includes major celebrities like Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, Machine Gun Kelly and more.  But if you want to visit a relative in New York and neglect to quarantine - you could be facing hefty fines.

It seems like Gavin Newsom is determined to destroy every business in California.  After a massive data debacle and the abrupt departure of one of his top health officials - Gavin Newsom has managed to fumble the coronavirus mess again!  Now counties are starting to move off the "state watch list" and are eligible to reopen.  The only problem is - Newsom hasn't released new guidelines!  California's opening is stalled AGAIN.
